Almost two years ago Nebraska was hit by severe flooding. This flooding impacted people throughout the state, causing extreme devastation in many communities. While much of the damage from flooding is gone, it is still a good idea to stay prepared for the possibility of future flooding. This includes making a plan for what you will do in the event of an emergency.
Legal Aid of Nebraska has a Family Emergency Plan that people can print and fill out. This will help family members develop a plan in the event that flooding, or other natural disaster strikes.
